Program Studi S2 Arsitektur di Universitas Sam Ratulangi ini, dirancang untuk pendidikan Magister 40 SKS ditempuh dalam 4 Semester. Gelar yang diberikan adalah M.Ars (Magister Arsitektur).
Program Studi ini didukung oleh Para Guru Besar, Doktor dari Jurusan Arsitektur Unsrat serta dari Teknik Sipil Unsrat.
